Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Malaysia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-order dispatch windows.

Malaysia shipping is RM8 for orders below RM300. Malaysia orders from RM300 and above qualify for free shipping. Delivery normally takes 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier service.

Singapore and international shipping rates are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by country, courier capacity and customs processing.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

For international orders, taxes, duties and import fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
