Refund Policy

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, email doublebackgroup@gmail.com with your order number, item name and reason for return. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items marked final sale, worn items, washed items, damaged items caused by wear, and items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
